Scholarship amount

₹1.5 lakh per year until the degree is completed (renewal at the Foundation's discretion).

Eligibility

Girl student; at least 75% in Class 12; first year of a professional degree in 2026-27 at an NIRF/NAAC-accredited institute; family income below ₹6 lakh a year.

Documents required

Class 12 marksheet, parents' income proof, 2026-27 fee structure, admission proof, bank details.

Kotak Kanya supports meritorious girls from low-income families in their first year of a professional degree (engineering, MBBS, architecture, design, integrated LLB, BS-MS at IISER/IISc and similar) at NIRF/NAAC-accredited institutes, with mentoring and skills training.
